I am a strength coach and a co-owner of CrossFit Omaha. I teach and coach men and women in a variety of disciplines and sports, hopefully to allow them the opportunity to reach their genetic potential in whatever they desire to do in life.

I have been involved in the field of strength and conditioning for about 7 years working with championship level sports teams and/or your everyday CrossFitters. I have a passion for strength training, conditioning, and the right nutrition for the right situation as well as the belief that every human can and should desire to get as strong as possible. I am also an avid CrossFitter who truly believes in its methodology as long as its application is correct and that strength is of primary importance.

I have a bachelors degree in Exercise Science and am currently finishing my master's in Physical Education (emphasis in coaching). I was a wrestler in college and still like to roll around here and there but my sport is now CrossFit.
